The program “Certificate of Advanced Studies in Leadership DUAL” at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts runs over eight months. The course aims to provide practice-based management training with the involvement of employers. The syllabus includes Opening and Foundations of Leadership, Development Center, Leadership in Teams, InterVision & Coaching as Leadership Skills, Communication and Conversation Skills, Leadership and Change, and Leadership and Responsibility.
