The study course “Bachelor of Arts in Spatial Design” at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts has a continuation of six semesters and is taught in German and English. The program aims to teach students to stage spaces at the intersection of experience design and digital media. Students gain broad theoretical understanding and develop the skills to design leadership, design methods, design research and value creation. To apply, students must present a federally recognized or equivalent high school diploma and one year of prerequisite design coursework. Graduates start careers in design agencies, freelancing, digital design, web and app design, digital marketing and management, multimedia production and other opportunities.
