Six semesters are required to complete the "Bachelor of Arts in Classical Antiquity" course with 90 LP at Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. Ancient History, Greek Studies, Classical Archeology, and Latin Studies, as well as their different subfields, are the four classical studies subjects that the curriculum tries to present. The course structure consists of Compulsory modules totaling 30 CP, Subject-specific elective modules* and final module ** totaling 55 credits * and General Key Qualifications (ASQ) (5 CP). Students gain the ability to critically reflect on content and methods and to present the knowledge they have gained in an appropriate form. Admission to the program is a recognized higher education entrance qualification.
