The “Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies” program with 60 CP at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg has a duration of six semesters. The goal of the course is to provide students with fundamental professional, linguistic and methodological skills. Students gain a firm foundation in the subject's fundamental theory and practice and learn how to conduct supervised scientific work. To submit, applicants must have a recognized higher education entrance qualification and have a B2 level of English. Graduates start work in publishing and media, educational and cultural institutions and public relations.
