Six semesters are required to complete the "Bachelor of Arts in Ethnology" program with 90 LP at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. The course's main objective is to teach the most significant theoretical and methodological foundations of ethnology through technical history and methodological modules, as well as through dealing with systematic sub-areas of ethnology. The structure of the course consists of Introduction to ethnology, History and theories of ethnology, Systematic ethnology and e an elective area. To apply, prospective students must have a recognized higher education entrance qualification and good English skills. Graduates find employment in public and private cultural institutions, Institutions, companies and organizations in the fields of politics, business and law, tourism, adult education, counseling and expert institutions and many more.
