The “Bachelor of Arts in Ethnology” program with 60 LP at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg is six semesters long. The goal of the bachelor’s degree is to impart the most important theoretical and methodological foundations of ethnology in the form of technical history and methodological modules as well as dealing with systematic sub-areas of ethnology. The structure of the course consists of Introduction to ethnology, History and theories of ethnology, Systematic ethnology and e an elective area. To apply, prospective students must have a recognized higher education entrance qualification and good English skills.
