The 45/74 CP study course "Master of Arts in Italian Studies" at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg has a duration of four semesters. The program is designed for students who have already studied Romance studies, and in this course, they deepen and expand their knowledge. Students must combine two partial courses to get a degree with a total of 120 CP, and can focus on two of the three areas of linguistics, literature or cultural studies. To apply, prospective students must have a degree in Romance Studies or another bachelor's degree in a comparable subject, and a B2 level in Italian. Graduates start jobs in publishing and media, educational and cultural institutions and public relations.
