The study program “Bachelor of Arts in New Media” offered by Merz Academy located in Stuttgart provides students with the needed knowledge and skills in order to design communication tools and come up with the features and applications of cutting-edge technology that are rapidly invading our daily lives. The emphasize is put on web design, virtual and augmented reality, coding for web, etc. Furthermore, students take part in research projects. Incorporated to the curriculum, there is also an internship. Upon successful completion of the program graduates are qualified to work in Fraunhofer Institute, Phoenix Lab, Amplify Design, Design Hoch Drei, and other companies and agencies.
