The seven-semester study program “Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication” offered by Merz Academy located in Stuttgart has the aim to help students gain skills in design, art, and media. Students will learn to integrate art, theory, and technology in creative ways and apply what they have learned to new projects. the project`s work focuses on actual network and interface concepts, which are developed primarily on research and represent the purposes and aspirations of design and networking pioneers. The course of study is heavily focused on content. In addition, the institution provides excellent technological facilities, as well as a work and study environment that encourages innovation and allows for outcomes that are not conventional. Regular interdisciplinary workshops with foreign guest lecturers expand students` horizons to include subjects and approaches outside if their own field of study. Incorporated to the curriculum, there is also an internship. Graduates of the program are leaving the university self-assured, and well equipped for an ever-changing professional sector.
