The “Master of Science/MBA in Real Estate Management” at Modul University Vienna is a full-time specialization with a duration of 4 semesters. The English-taught program focuses on laying the foundation of economics, investment, valuation, law, planning, development and management of properties. The curriculum includes multidisciplinary subjects and provokes thinking outside of the box. During the course of education, students will gain an understanding of topics such as property valuation, development and investment funding, and property management. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared implement their newly found knowledge into the fast-growing real estate.
