The “Master of Science in Energy Engineering” is a 4-semester long program taught in German. It builds on the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the Leoben University of Mining. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Energy Supply, Energy Use, Energy Process Technology, Energy Management, Sustainable Energy Technology, and more. Also, students can align their education to their interests by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared for the dynamic environment of the field and ready to assume managerial positions in innovative energy technology companies, plant construction, and power stations.
