Montanuniversität Loeben, founded in 1840, is a public university of technology seated in Loeben, Austria. It breaks down into ten departments: the Department of General, Analytical and Physical Chemistry, the Department of Applied Geosciences and Geophysics, the Department of Polymer Engineering and Science, the Department of Material Physics, the Department of Mathematics and Information Technology, the Department of Physical Metallurgy and Materials Testing, the Department of Metallurgy, the Department of Mineral Resources and Petroleum Engineering, the Department of Environmental and Energy Process Engineering, the Department of Product Engineering, as well as the Department of Economics and Business Administration.
