The degree program “Master of Education in Art for Grammar School Teachers’’ is a joint degree offered by Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design and University of Kiel. This program is ideal for students who want to strengthen their knowledge in skills in teaching and pursue a professional career in community or secondary schools. The curriculum is divided into three areas, namely Art History, Art Education, and Fine Arts taught in both educational institutions. Furthermore, participants will be also offered elective modules in Psychology and Pedagogics, and compulsory modules in Philosophy and Sociology that are all studies at University of Kiel.
