The “Master of Arts in Interior Design and Visual Communication” program at New Design University has a duration of four semesters. The course is taught entirely in German and aims to combine architectural solutions with graphic design. The Master’s course concentrates more on practices like working on real projects to prepare students for the best career opportunities they want to pursue. The program covers individual and group projects, collaboration with different companies and institutions. Furthermore, it helps students to develop their presentation and organisational skills. Students could find work as interior designers, interdisciplinary designers, freelancers, in design and architectural companies, in the art area, culture and event organisation, in the public sector, trade and tourism. The course is open for graduates with a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, graphic, landscape architecture and lighting design.
