The “Bachelor of Arts in Business Management” degree program by Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the VfB Stuttgart Academy is a part-time course of face-to-face studies. It continues for three years, is delivered in German and is specifically oriented towards sports management. Business and sports professionals are invited regularly to give lectures and consult students on practical matters, and project work is rooted as the basis for the application of the studies in a real-life context. The academic knowledge gain does not leave behind the personality one, so the degree also aims at developing character traits which will be pivotal for the successful career of the graduates, like conflict management, presentation and communication techniques, intercultural and self-organization competence. Specialization studies are also possible in banking, control, marketing, communication, production, and logistics. The degree has been fully accredited by the Accreditation council.
