The three-semester external part-time study program “Master of Science in Business Psychology & Leadership/Business Transformation/Human Resource Management” is conducted at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences. Ninety credit points will be added to the already existing 180 ECTS from the previous degree, required for admission. The program is managed by the PEMAKO Academie. Emphasis is placed upon developing practical skills through modern learning methods. Online teaching is also enhanced by the use of 3D working environments. A successful Master’ thesis in any of the three subject areas, could be graded for further advanced studies and validated for a double degree. Studies of general, social, personality and business psychology in the basic modules of the first semester, transform into a more in-depth analysis, with a specialization option, whereas subject matters like leadership, sutainability of service, and empirical evaluation methods run through all the domains chosen.
