Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences has prepared the “Master of Laws in Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Management”. Due to the dynamics of economic processes and tendencies, and the unpredicted circumstances corporate dealings might face, there is a need for specialists who would be responsible for managing the crises of companies. Tackling these requires complex set of competences, combining legal and business administration knowledge. Familiarity with the principles on which creditors and financial institutions function will also be necessary. Three German and English-taught semesters will it take students to acquire the set of skills for operating professionally and confidently within this field of expertise.
