The MBA degree course “Master of Business Administration in Future Trends and Sustainable Management” at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences is for those who see that current dilemmas and issues can no longer be addressed by old approaches. Teachings of strategy, leadership and communication will be tied to social changes, industrial trends and consumption, in order to provide sustainable economy for future generations. The degree is broad in aspects and does not narrow its focus on one specialization. Two years of part-time studies will be covered in face-to-face and alternating online seminars. At least one year of professional experience is required for enrollment. The language of the program is German. There are twelve modules on sustainable development, general management, and social transformation. The last semester is for the master’s thesis. Participation in the course has shown diverse backgrounds – industry, services, education, communication companies, law, designers.
