Description
The “International Master of Landscape Architecture”, also known as the IMLA, at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences is a degree continuing for three semesters. Good level of English is needed, since it is the working language of the degree. Focus on spatial knowledge is given through disciplines like architecture, conservation, environmental and physical planning. The program is practice-oriented and divided into several areas: Projects, Planning and Design in Europe, Planning and Project Management, Information Technologies in Planning and Design, and Planning and Design Methods. Two institutions have designed together the curriculum and execute it in two different locations – the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences, Baden-Württemberg, and the Weihenstephan-Triesdorf University of Applied Sciences, Bavaria.
