The external program “Master of Business Administration in International Tourism Management” designed by Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Science provides for a study trip to Mallorca. The total length of the program is four semesters, and the last one is also scheduled for the colloquium of the Master’s thesis. The degree is carried out in English. Apart from Management disciplines like Tourism, Destination Management, Tourism marketing, Policy, Financial and Legal Management, the degree also focuses on the personality development subjects like team building, negotiation, presentation skills, exercise and project management. Innovation and Crisis Management are also dwelled upon, as the dynamics of markets and the specifics of tourism itself require constant adaptability both from businesses and employees. Hotels and tour operators, airlines, cruise and ferry companies, tourism associations and organizations are the destinations of the degree course.
