With an optional stay abroad is the degree course “Master of Business Administration in Management & Finance/Real Estate/Production/Communication degree course at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences. What characterizes this degree course and distinguishes it from the other courses is that is its highly flexible modular schedule, where, through part-time, general management studies, and a specialization course in the fourth year, students acquire skills and competence for management, finance, leadership, to function primarily in the realm of real estate. Different partnering univeristies, like Harvard, for example, have bestowed their materials and teaching methods for some of the modules. Through the partnering universities there is the opportunity for a double degree in Real Estate, or Communication Manager. Overall, the academic and practitioners’ team together have organized the studies in such a way as to satisfy the need for business professionals and students’ thirst for knowledge, with a diverse, flexible and rational method for content delivery.
