The “Master of Arts in Organizational Design” at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences is to be completed within a three-semester long period of studies. It assumes the responsibility for preparing specilialists with the integral knowledge of building, supervising and maintaining networks within a company, especially an international one. These are reflected at all vertical and horizontal corporate levels. Project work and design approaches are seen as the most appropriate and efficient ways of gaining applicable competence in the field. Digitalization through the management of Industry 4.0 is another aspect, which will be particularly in focus. Agile control, design thinking, social responsibility, growth mindset, are some of the key concepts the studies will be making use of and revolving around.
