The “Master of Science in Process Management” degree program at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences comes as a continuation of the undergraduate course. It is a part-time two-year course, which endevors to familiarize students with all aspects of process and change management. Tools for optimization, analysis, monitoring and control, as well as improvement of processes to align with the key corporate strategies and goals, will be given in an accessible and entertaining form during the course of studies, making use of the contemporary hybrid distance learning and attendance phases. Wide range of methods, based on solid scientific findings, will support the dynamic methods of the case studies and the practical projects. Networking in small groups is one of the posits of the course. A practice-oriented Master’s thesis defense concludes the degree program.
