The “Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Industry” program at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences has been conceived to fill the niche for professional experts in this field. The degree continues for seven semesters, and English language is equally used in the course of studies, alongside German. Between the four-semester long basic course and the advanced study seventh semester, there is an internship one. The final part of the studies is the developed bachelor thesis and the oral exam. Knowledge on property valuation and real estate management, real estate technology, contract and commercial law, investment and project development, asset management, entrepreneurship, facilities service management, IT, ethics and compliance, gives graduates confidence and expertise in performing tasks inherent in the work of housing companies, banks, building societies, brokerages, funds and financing advice service providers, among all other possible employment positions.
