The “Master of Science in Transformation Design and Management” at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences is adaptive both in its content and form. The contemporary cutting-edge vision of what constitutes the essence of corporate adaptability is also reflected in the design of the curriculum and the teaching methods employed. There are 12 independent modules in the course, which can be individually compeleted, and accompanied by a certificate. The total amount of time dedicated to the degree program should not be shorter than 4 semesters. Three pillars of content are highlighted: Culture – for the empirical cultural analysis, Transformation – for the transformation design, communication and leadership, and New Work – dedicated to the business model innovation. The methods are also divided into three groups – agile methods 1 and 2, and Competence Management. The didactic approach is experience-based learning.
