The “Master of Science in Applied Poultry Science” program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is a part-time continuing education course that combines application-oriented research and development. Over the course of 6 semesters, students learn about the production of high-quality and safe food in connection with animal and environmental protection in the poultry industry. Admission requirements include a professional university degree and qualified, at least one year of professional experience acquired after graduation in an institution or company in the agricultural, veterinary, natural, economic or engineering sciences. The course provides graduates with a high level of specialist and management skills and enables them to work on all levels of management in the areas of poultry production, consulting, development and research.
