The “Master of Science in Automotive Engineering” program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 4 full-time semesters. The program deals with the entire vehicle with its main groups of body, chassis and drive. The course includes both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in solving complex tasks. As part of the curriculum, students are taught Higher mathematics, Advanced Project Management, Advanced shape design, Higher fluid mechanics, Lightweight construction materials based on plastics, Fatigue strength and multi-body simulation, Body development and lightweight construction and more. Admission requirements include the qualified completion of an accredited Bachelor's or diploma course in mechanical engineering or related courses. Graduates hold managerial positions in construction and production departments in vehicle construction and in the supplier industry.
