The “Bachelor of Science in Dental Technology” program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences imparts knowledge and skills about the manufacture, properties and use of dental materials. The program is with a length of 6 semesters, during which basic subjects such as mathematics, physics, chemistry, technical mechanics and dental technology, mathematical and natural science, engineering and more are taught. Applicants must submit a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), Fachhochschulreife (technical college), Master craftsman's examination or state-certified technician, or a previous education recognized by the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs as equivalent in general or for certain courses of study, e.g. advanced technical college.
