The “Bachelor of Science in General Mechanical Engineering” program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences provides students with technical and interdisciplinary skills, as well as fundamental specialist knowledge and general skills in the mechanical engineering context. Over the course of 6 semesters, interdisciplinary competencies and transferable basic knowledge of mechanical engineering are obtained. The course is restricted by NC and as part of the admission requirements, candidates must present a general university entrance qualification, subject-related higher education entrance qualification or previous education recognized as equivalent, as well as a twelve-week relevant practical training. Development, project planning or construction, quality assurance or maintenance, advice and sales are some examples of potential occupational fields.
