The dual program “Master of Arts in Management and Organization” at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences teaches students to deal structurally and conceptually with professional and personal as well as self-management in organizations. Over the course of 6 job-integrated semesters, special attention is paid to the duality between university and organization in order to enable a strong interlocking of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The fields of study build on the knowledge and experience of the previous university degree and serve as an individualization or deepening opportunity. Applicants must present a qualified Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, proof of one year of professional experience, a CV and a cover letter.
