Ecotrophology is a subfield of Health Sciences that is primarily concerned with nutrition, household management and household economics. Ecotrophology is usually applied in the management of nutrition, catering, food quality control and food manufacturing. Ecotrophology aims to produce students skilled in food quality management, household management, hygiene management, and possessing in-depth knowledge of nutrition.
