The “Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education - Nutritional Science and Home Economics” program at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences qualifies students for work as a lecturer in training, further education and training in the environment of extracurricular educational institutions. Over the course of 6 full-time semesters, students acquire the fundamental technical knowledge and the methodological, social and personal skills in order to be able to impart theoretical and practical content to young people and young adults in their professional lives. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must present an advanced technical college entrance qualification in the fields of nutrition and housekeeping and health and social affairs or their equivalents.
