Osnabrueck University provides the degree program “Art – Teaching at Grammar Schools”, which begins in the winter semester and the language of instruction is German. During the course of study, theory and practise are closely linked. In addition to specific ateliers, workshops, and laboratories, there is also an investigation of contemporary and historical art. To learn didactics, students need to be familiar with school and extracurricular vocational fields. Paris, London, and Rome excursions are all part of the program. After this postgraduate degree candidates can work as a teacher at grammar schools.
