Osnabrueck University offers the study program “Biology – Teaching at Grammar Schools” for 6 semesters (Bachelor) and 4 semesters (Master), respectively. With this Master of Education degree, students gain the prerequisites for taking on the legal clerkship and afterwards work as a teacher in the school system. The course is arranged in stages which begins with the Bachelor’s program and is followed by the Master’s degree. The course is taught in German and partly in English and studies begins in the winter semester. The maximum number of credit points received for main subject are 84 and for the core subject are 63.
