Osnabrueck University provides the two-subject Bachelor’s degree “Bachelor of Science in Computer Science” for 6 semesters which is classified as both a fundamental and an applied science. Graduating students will learn about the fundamentals of information processing and how to use machines to process information. They will also learn about general principles that may be derived through abstraction and modelling of particular instances. This course provides students with a solid foundation in computer science theory and practise through the completion of a Bachelor's degree and for this reason, computer science is an excellent core or minor topic. The entire course is taught in German language and studies begin in the winter semester.
