The University of Osnabrueck offers the four-semester degree program “Master of Arts in Language in Europe”, which is taught in German and English. As well as language and cognition, the curriculum focuses on migrating to Europe and integrating into the European community. Candidates who are interested in learning more about specific non-European language and culture areas, are termed as an ideal choice for this degree. So that migrant languages can be included, a possible contact language that can be learned or improved at a language center is also proposed. Accordingly, the sequential specialty Master's program is intended as a 120-credit hour, research oriented full-time course that culminates in a master's thesis.
