Osnabrueck University provides the degree program “Music – Teaching at Primary Schools”, which includes a wide, scientific and practical integrated music education that does not ignore the academic discussion of the topic. Music education, historical musicology, systematic musicology, music theory, and creative practice comprise the topic. Guitar and singing courses in school are increased in addition to the basic instrumental classes. There are a variety of ensembles and choruses that the kids can participate in. A bachelor's degree precedes the master's degree, and the course progresses in phases. Candidate can take up teaching responsibilities at elementary schools.
