The degree program “Master of Arts in Theology and Culture” can be undertaken at the Osnabrueck University for a period of 2 years in German and partly other languages. Theology and cultural studies are combined in this multidisciplinary Master's degree. It is designed for theology and theology-related courses such as religious studies or Jewish studies or history and sociology with a theological concentration who have completed a bachelor's degree in theology. The course covers the fundamentals of cultural theory, as well as the phenomena of religion, the diversity of faiths, and their social roles, as well as application-oriented problems of education and culture management. Media, free educational work, associations and enterprises, tourism, consultancy and coaching are all possible areas of work.
