The seven-semester study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics and Digital Automation” is provided by the OTH Amberg-Weiden - University of Applied Sciences. It is aimed to teach students the fundamentals of engineering science. They will attend lectures like Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Design, Machine Parts, Strength of Materials, Materials Technology. Participants have the chance to learn how to design and create new assistance systems, used in cars and household, as well as to install software programs for machine control. This program prepares graduates for professional career as an engineers in the automotive, aerospace, medical or plastics industries.
