The seven-semester, full-time study program “Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Education” offered at PH Freiburg University of Education is practice-oriented, and the goal is to provide the students with solid technical, practical and methodological knowledge of this science. They will attend lectures like Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology, and Practice of Childhood Education, as well as seminars and practical exercises. In addition, those who want to improve their professional skills and knowledge can take part in an internship program. Graduates of the course “Childhood Education” will be qualified for career in education and care of children, in daycare centers, family centers, after-school care centers or elementary school support classes.
