The Master of Education degree program “European Teacher Education at Secondary Level 1” offered at PH Freiburg University of Education has a duration of four semesters. It Is ideal for students who are interested in education with focus on European studies, where they will gain in-depth knowledge of this field. The study plan includes subjects like Didactics, Sciences, Biology, Sociology, Inclusion, Educational Sciences, as well as the possibility to choose between English or French language. In addition, students can take part in an internship program, where they will improve their language skills and knowledge. Participants will learn how to work with children and young people, and how to teach them foreign languages. After completing the course, graduates can work for example as a bilingual teacher.
