The six-semester Bachelor of Arts study program “Integrated German-French Course of Studies in Primary School Teaching” is offered at PH Freiburg University of Education. It is in cooperation with Université de Haute-Alsace in Mulhouse, and the students have the opportunity to study in both countries Germany and France. They will acquire basic knowledge of the bilingual teaching and learning, and will learn complex theories, methods, and techniques. The study plan includes the subjects German language, French language, and Elementary Education Mathematics. After successfully completing this program, graduates can find their career opportunities in the education area, for example teaching in bilingual and non-bilingual elementary schools.
