The dual program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration” is provided by PHWT, and consists of three main areas: basic, expertise and specialization. The course lasts for 6 semesters and a Bachelor’s thesis marks the end of the program. Participants will complete their education in a company during the first 3 years. In addition to teaching quantitative strategies to carry out a range of organizational activities, the curriculum focuses on teaching social skills in particular. Students ought to train for expert and management roles in a systematic manner. The students are taught the option of a selection of appropriate tools and the seminar is an important part of the project work, enterprise games, social group and team work, and other creative ways of information transfer. The study program leads to a number of job opportunities following graduation in areas of marketing and sales, accounting and controlling and finance.
