The study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics” at PHWT has a duration of seven semesters. The educational aim is to provide a demand-oriented engineering education with broad basic knowledge that considers ecological, fiscal, and ethical considerations. Students learn how to evaluate technical problems and come up with cost-effective solutions. Independent and holistic research, as well as the opportunity to objectively rely about and apply what has been taught in reality, are both welcomed. Real-world project work encourages action-oriented learning and the development of in-depth professional knowledge and abilities. Skills such as planning and coordination, as well as collaboration and communication, are emphasized. The study curriculum includes international thought as well as conversation in a foreign language.
