The degree program “Bachelor of Arts in Illustration“ is a full-time, 6-semester course offered by the Private University of Communications and Design. The educational course builds on the basics of design and develops the course content from analog exercises to practice-oriented studies from drawing and visualization. The bachelor’s degree gives participants specific knowledge as well as creative skills in order to be responsible for conceiving and designing in the professional field of Illustration. From the 3rd semester onwards, the bachelor's degree gives students a chance to specialize in the areas of narrative illustration, factual and scientific illustration. Graduates of the program form a career mainly as in companies in the creative industries, the film industry, in advertising, and scientific institutions.
