Provided by the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Dresden, the full-time degree program “Master of Arts in Social Work” is with a total duration of four semesters. During their study, participants obtain theoretical and methodological competencies to work at different levels and empower people to improve their wellbeing and learn to design and organize, to represent particularly vulnerable individuals and groups, to critically analyze and evaluate research results. The master degree provides in-depth knowledge by exploring the justice and a human rights norm based on the Christian tradition and is also accredited by the AHPGS.
