The six-semester state-recognized study program “Bachelor of Arts in Theology” offered by Reutlingen School of Theology provides students with the acquisition of fundamental theological knowledge and competencies. Advanced technical college entrance or general university entrance qualification or the comparable degrees of the various nations are the study prerequisites. Some of the subjects that students will attend are Biblical languages, systematic theology, psychology, pedagogy, etc. Lectures, seminars, exercises, reading courses, and trips are all used to teach the subjects. The quality of the course of study is ensured by intensive tutorial help throughout the creation of written assignments and the assessment of study progress. Students learn both Hebrew and Greek. Incorporated to the curriculum, there are two internships- two months working in a parish, and two months of work in a social-diaconal field. Upon completion of the program graduates can work as community officers, or in the fields of journalism, consulting, personnel management, etc.
