The “Master of Music in Orchestra Conducting” program at Rostock University of Music and Theatre has a length of 4 semesters. The main aim of the program is to teach students a wide-ranging analysis of the works, instrument-specific knowledge and pronounced listening experience. The course curriculum includes Choir assistance, Song design, Concentration techniques, Chamber music and more. In order to apply, candidates must present a completed Bachelor’s degree, an Aptitude test and a German-language certificate. Graduates are able to work as orchestra conductors.
