The “Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering and Astronautics’’ is offered by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University. This researched-based course of studies is with a duration of three semesters. Designed to provide broader education in Aerodynamics, Drive Systems, Structural Design and Lightweight Construction, Flight System Dynamics, and Aeronautic and Astronautic Systems. What is more this course will encourage students to seek the right answers to the interesting future topics related to performance and sustainability in astronautics. The three-semester course will also teach participants how to calculate and design aircrafts, along with the most important testing techniques. The curriculum of this program is broken down into two parts: the first encompasses elective and mandatory modules, whereas the third semester is focused on the Master’s thesis.
