The degree program “Bachelor of Science in Biology, Vocational School Teacher‘‘ is a six-semester, full-time course that is designed to train students in becoming vocation school teachers within the field of biology. The content taught throughout this course of studies extends far beyond what participants have learned in school. Throughou lectures, seminars, tutorials and subject-specific methods, biology students wil learn how to implement experiments while working with equipment, specimens, and organisms. Further more they will learn how to analyse and work with written reports under the form of test protocols. Students that enroll in this program will be required to study two subjects under the form of two study models. The combination possibilities provided to students include instructional subjects such as German, English, Mathematics, Physics, etc., as well as vocational subjects like Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, Economics, and more.
