The degree program „Bachelor of Science in Chemistry‘‘ offered by RWTH Aachen University is a six-semester, full-time course of studies. Participants who enrol in this course should expect to learn about the most important aspects of chemistry and its application in many fields from the modern life. Whether for the production of foods, smartphone displays or biofuels, the study course explore anything related to the commercial production, as well as the manufacture and use of polymers. The degree content for this discipline covers the classic subdisciplines of chemistry that include Inorganic chemistry, Organic chemistry, as well as Physical chemistry. Other modules that form part of the degree content include Mathemathics, Physics, Analyticsl chemistry, Instrumental analytics, and others. Students will have to conclude their studies with a Bachelor’s thesis that results in a three-month research project.
